Understanding our policy on refunds for services and products.
1. Introduction
At GA SOFTWARE, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered or products purchased from us.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- If the project has not commenced, and a cancellation request is made within [X] days of payment receipt.
- If there is a clear failure on our part to deliver the service as per the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project proposal or service agreement, and we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- For specific digital products, if the product is proven to be defective and cannot be fixed or replaced.
Please note that refunds are generally not provided for services that have been partially rendered, or for completed projects where the client's requirements have been met as per the agreement, even if the client's business objectives are not fully realized due to external market factors.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Advance payments or deposits once project commencement activities have begun (e.g., initial research, design conceptualization).
- Payments for third-party services, licenses, or plugins purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., domain names, hosting, premium themes/plugins).
- Services that have been completed and approved by the client.
- Any consultation fees once the consultation has been provided.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit a written request to girishmana@gmail.com, clearly stating the reason for the refund request and providing relevant details (e.g., invoice number, project name, date of payment).
All refund requests will be reviewed by our management team. We may require additional information or a discussion to understand the grounds for the request.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within [Y] business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer for Indian clients. Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refundable amount.
