1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GA SOFTWARE ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Services Provided

GA SOFTWARE offers a range of digital solutions including, but not limited to, web design and development, digital marketing (SEO, SMM, SEM), mobile application development, software development, graphic design, content writing, and business consulting services. Details of specific services and their scope will be outlined in separate project proposals or service agreements.

3. User Obligations

3.1. Account Responsibility

If any service requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3.2. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Upon full payment for services rendered, ownership of the final design and code (excluding third-party licenses) will transfer to the client, as explicitly detailed in the project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will GA SOFTWARE, or its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms to which you are bound. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
